The service
FORM28 provides Arabic and English training and nutrition programs, exercise videos and progress tracking. The content is general education, not a personalised medical plan.
Health disclaimer
Consult a doctor before starting any training or nutrition program. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You are responsible for choosing safe loads and progression.
Subscriptions and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Web subscriptions are managed in account settings; subscriptions purchased inside the iOS or Android app are managed and cancelled in App Store or Google Play settings.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use
You may not republish, resell or redistribute FORM28 videos and content, share accounts, or attempt to compromise the service.
