This page explains what data FORM28 collects, how it is used, and how you can delete it.

Data we collect
Plan data: age, gender, goal, level, training environment (gym/home), training days, focus areas, height, weight and measurements, food preferences and allergies.
Usage data: workout history, weights and reps, effort feedback, readiness checks, logged meals and progress.
We do not collect medical-device health data, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising tracking.
Where data is stored
Your plan and progress are stored on your device. When you create an account or subscribe, account and subscription records are stored with our hosting and payment providers on protected infrastructure.
Children and teens
Users under 18 must complete in-app guardian consent before training, and strict safety caps are applied to volume and intensity.
Data deletion
You can delete your plan and all data from the account deletion page, or by emailing support@form28.app.
