Your 28-day plan, profile data (age, gender, goal, measurements), workout and load history, readiness checks, meal logs, grocery list, guardian consent, and language/environment preferences.

If you have an account or subscription, email us from your registered address and we will delete the account and all associated data within 30 days: support@form28.app

Note: subscriptions purchased inside the app must be cancelled in App Store or Google Play settings.
